RCLAMP0524PQTCT Product Details
Semtech RClamp0524PQ RailClamp� TVS Array is an ultra-low capacitance ESD protection device developed for high-speed data interface protection. The device was engineered specifically to protect the sensitive components connected to high-speed data and transmission lines from overvoltage generated by ESD, CDE, or EFT. The TVS array generates a typical capacitance of only 0.3pF between I/O pins. This allows circuit operations in excess of 3GHz to be used without significant signal attenuation. At 5V working voltage, the array protects four high-speed data lines. A high ESD withstand voltage of +/-15kV per IEC 61000-4-2 and a typical 0.43 low dynamic resistance are features of the RClamp0524PQ. Other features include Solid-State Silicon-Avalanche technology and a simplified PCB layout via a flow-through package design. The RClamp0524PQ RailClamp TVS array is qualified to AEC-Q100, Grade 1 (-40 to +125�C) for automotive applications and is in a 10-pin SLP2510P8 package. Additional applications include digital visual interfaces, automotive/industrial applications, HDMI, MDDI ports, and PCI express.
